Message	I don't believe the fan clutch makes a squeal sound when it fails. Also I believe that the fan clutch does not fail in a way that would cause it to spin slow then speed up within the first seconds on engine start up. That sounds like the belt that drives it is slipping, then gaining traction, which would definitely cause a squeal. Andy
